Nowra DES client Tania Collier is on the road to a long career, having recently gained employment with Kennedy’s Bus & Coach through Sureway’s strong relationship with the employer.
When a full-time Administration Assistant position at Kennedy’s Bus & Coach became available, Sureway was tasked with running the recruitment campaign. The Nowra team met to discuss the priority of this vacancy and got the internal vetting process underway immediately. From this initial meeting, it was clear that one candidate ticked all the boxes.

To help prepare Tania for the interview process, two internal interviews were conducted with the Sureway team. When Tania turned up for the interview at Kennedy’s she was prepared and confident and was offered a full-time position.
Tania said that she was overwhelmed with the support from the Nowra team.
‘I transferred to Sureway as I was not getting the support I needed to help me move forward from another job network provider.’
‘During my time with Sureway I continued my studies with the Australian College of Commerce and Management to attain Cert IV in Business,’ she said.
