Brendan’s story
Working sporadic hours in the hospitality industry, Brendan Ridges joined Sureway Echuca to further his career prospects.
The Echuca team could immediately tell that Brendan was very employable and would suit a variety of roles. During one appointment, Brendan expressed an interest in a career in Administration. He had completed a Certificate III in Business Administration some years prior but had never been able to land a job to put the skills he had learned into practice.
Echuca Recruitment Consultant Debbie had formed a solid relationship with the Murray River Council, and promptly sent Brendan’s resume over to her contact. The very next day, a meet and greet was organised between Brendan and the Council and he was employed on the spot for a trial period.
Two months on and Brendan is prospering in his full-time role, and the Echuca team are beaming with pride.
Brendan got in touch with Debbie and the team and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
