Yahoo! News reports that Aldi are seeking further staff due to the increased demand for groceries.
BHP
BHP are looking to hire up to 1,500 people to support the company’s operations over this period, reports Australian Mining. The positions will be advertised through BHP’s labour hire partners and existing contracts in each state. One of which is Chandler Macleod. Positions are also expected to be advertised through Operations Services.
Coles Supermarkets
Coles are seeking 5,000 new casual team members to assist with the surge in demand, says Yahoo! Finance.
Dominos
Pizza chain Dominos will be hiring 2,000 new workers as the demand for delivery services ramps up. Apply here.
Drakes Supermarkets
ABC News reported that Drakes Supermarkets chief executive Roger Drake said he was looking to recruit more staff because of increased demand for groceries, especially online.
Services Australia
ABC reported that Centrelink will hire 5,000 to assist in the surge of demand for welfare assistance.
Service NSW
The NSW Government announced they will be seeking to hire 1,000 extra staff for Service NSW.
Telstra
Telstra are looking for 1,000 temporary workers for their Call Centres, reports Yahoo! Finance.
Woolworths Group
Woolworths is said to have opened up 20,000 new positions, according to Yahoo! Finance.
