HERE TO HELP EVERY WEEK
Sureway remain focused on continuing to support the needs of our PARTICIPANTS and employers while also protecting the health and wellbeing of all of our customers, staff and our communities.
ADVICE FOR PARTICIPANTS
There are many exciting job opportunities right now. We encourage you to stay in touch with your Employment Consultant to stay up-to-date on new opportunities as they become available. You can be sure that we are still working with employers and the community to help you achieve your employment goals.
Sureway have made preparations to transition back to face-to-face servicing soon, and will contact you if your scheduled appointment is changed to face-to-face. For now, your scheduled appointments will continue to take place by phone. You can continue to find details about your upcoming appointments within your MyGov account or via the Workforce Australia app. If we are able to see you face-to-face we’ll get in touch to let you know.
Your Consultant will be available at your appointments to assist you to access the services and support you need to find or stay in work, and stay on track with any programs or study you may be undertaking.
As we commence this transition, we have introduced a range of measures to help keep our servicing locations and communities safe. Here is what you need to know:
IMPORTANT! If you are unwell please do not attend the Sureway office. Phone us on 1300SUREWAY (1300 787 392) before your appointment to arrange a phone appointment or make alternative arrangements.
- One-on-one appointments: Your Sureway appointments will be one-on-one to provide the best service to you, and to minimise the number of people in our offices. We ask that you only attend our office during your scheduled appointment time. Need us outside of your scheduled appointment? Give us a call!
- Please read the notices displayed on our offices doors before entering: Maximum office numbers are in place to adhere to 1.5m social distancing and 4sqm per person at all times. Please queue outside in a safe manner if necessary and we will be with you as soon as possible.
- Utilise the distancing markers on the floor: Once in the office, help us to keep you safe by abiding by a minimum 1.5m of physical separation from other people. There are stickers and line markings on the floor to help guide you.
- Use the available hand sanitiser: Hand sanitiser is available at our offices. Please ensure that you use the supplied sanitiser upon entering the office. Additional cleaning and hygiene measures are also in place to help keep you safe.
While not required, you are welcome to bring your own laptop, phone, tablet or pen to your appointment to reduce sharing.
We thank you all for your cooperation in keeping our community safe and we look forward to helping you achieve your employment goals!
