COVID-19: Information for PARTICIPANTS
Sureway remain focused on continuing to support the needs of our PARTICIPANTS and employers while also protecting the health and wellbeing of all of our customers, staff and our communities. For this reason, we have implemented a number of measures across our business to ensure that we can continue to deliver these essential services.
South Australian clients please note, due to the current 6 day restriction period, all appointments will be conducted by phone until Thursday 26/11/20. Your Consultant will call you on the day of your scheduled appointment. Please keep your phone handy.
In VIC, from 23 November 2020, you may opt-in to face-to-face appointments and activities where it is permitted in your state and safe to do so.
In NSW, you may continue to opt-in to face-to-face appointments and activities where it is permitted in your state and safe to do so
Our services are being delivered in line with our COVID-19 Safe Workplace plan, and our teams may ask you to reconsider your need for face-to-face servicing where required if you are unwell to keep our communities safe.
If you choose to opt-out of face-to-face appointments, we will still be in touch with you via phone to ensure that you can still access the services and support you need to find or stay in work, and stay on track with any programs or study you may be undertaking.
We encourage you to stay in touch with your Employment Consultant at your scheduled appointments to stay up-to-date on new opportunities as they become available. You can be sure that we are still working with employers and the community to help you achieve your employment goals.
You can continue to find details about your upcoming appointments and any job search requirements within your MyGov account or via the Workforce Australia app.
IMPORTANT! If you are unwell please do not attend the Sureway office. Phone us on 1300SUREWAY (1300 787 392) before your appointment to arrange a phone appointment or make alternative arrangements.
