Tania is All About Caring
Broken Hill Workforce Australia client Tania has returned to work in the industry she loves.
During a chat with her Consultant Luke, Tania mentioned her previous experience in the Aged Care sector and how much she enjoyed her time there. She had worked as an Enrolled Nurse during the early years of her career.
After several years of raising her family, Tania eventually returned to the workforce, working for some time as a casual cleaner.
With some encouragement and support from Luke to return to the role she loved, Tania applied for a range of roles in the aged and disability support positions.
An updated resume highlighting her experience, paired with a tailored cover letter stating her desire to return to the field helped her strike gold! Tania was successful in gaining an interview with the very first Aged Care provider she applied to.
Luke was able to support Tania to obtaining the required National Police Check and NDIS Checks, as well as providing some IT assistance to finalise her induction modules.
Tania has since started work with All About Caring and is extremely happy to be working in a role that she finds professionally and personally fulfilling.
