Employment-related Assessment & Counselling
Having a job plays an important role in living an engaged and meaningful life.
We provide employment related assessment and counselling supports to NDIS participants who want to overcome barriers that are holding them back from finding or keeping a job.
Our qualified and experienced team will work with you to:
- understand your personal goals
- build your job readiness
- develop skills for applications and interviews
- overcome barriers and anxiety about returning to the workforce after an injury or illness
- provide you with further support after you begin working, if needed
Where relevant to your employment goals, we may be able to link you with training programs, work experience and employment opportunities.
