What is Sureway Tailored Learning?
Sureway Tailored Learning is a specialised, trauma-informed program that helps young people re-engage with their education. We match students with qualified Case Managers who bring specialist expertise in youth, disability, and mental health. Together, they work on building confidence, mastering essential life skills, and planning for the future - whether that involves completing their SACE, transitioning into VET, or preparing for employment.
Case Management for Schools
We partner closely with schools across South Australia to deliver flexible case management that perfectly aligns with the Department for Education’s Case Management Service Standards. Our highly responsive intake process guarantees initial contact within 7 days, a tailored Case Plan in 4 weeks, and a timetable within 2 weeks.
Our school partnerships include:
- Consistent Engagement: Weekly 1:1 student sessions, outreach, and regular wellbeing check-ins.
- Wraparound Services: Seamless referrals to health, housing, family supports, and immediate access to counsellors where needed.
- Dedicated Learning Support: Mentoring, wellbeing programs, and study sessions to encourage SACE completion.
